Particle-Monitoring System FMnode

With the FMnode system, PMT (GB) Limited introduces an innovative concept with an open software structure and modular design. The Montoring PMS®node system is open to any conceivable sensor (TCP / IP Ethernet protocols, Power over Ethernet connection, Modbus protocols, OPC connection, 4-20 mA analog interfaces) to optimize the integration of clean room sensors including but not limited to temperature monitoring, differential pressure, airflow, particle counters. As a result of this open concept, particle counters from most manufacturers can be linked in FMnode.

The time-critical monitoring core runs on an industrial computer with extended process specifications. The monitoring software is typically FMS 5. In this configuration, the GMP- and quality-relevant monitoring results are collected in a tamper-proof SQL database. To increase the redundancy of the data record, the SQL results database can be mirrored on external servers. This monitoring core can optionally be installed on a parallel running computer and automatically intervenes in case of any hardware problems of the primary machine.
