This premium Certified Reference Material (CRM) consists of a high-purity, fully spherical polystyrene particle suspension designed for the precise calibration and validation of particle-sizing instruments. Manufactured via a controlled emulsion polymerization process using a surfactant, this product guarantees a uniform, monodisperse distribution ideal for high-stakes nanotechnology applications and cleanroom monitoring systems. To ensure absolute accuracy and global reliability, its metrological traceability is rigorously secured through METAS in Switzerland. Every batch undergoes extensive three-month homogeneity and stability evaluations before final certification to guarantee stable, repeatable analysis. The product features an optimal concentration of approximately a 1% suspension with a tightly controlled uncertainty.
