RIGEL RI7002
The RI7002 Photometer is designed for integrity testing and leak detection in high-efficiency HEPA and ULPA filtration systems. Using the proven light scattering method, it provides real-time aerosol concentration measurements upstream and downstream of the filter to ensure reliable filter integrity verification. The instrument features a high-performance electro-optical scattering chamber with a dedicated light source and an advanced optical system that collects scattered light using a photomultiplier tube. The detected signal is processed by a linear electronic amplifier and a microprocessor, ensuring accurate and stable measurements. A built-in vacuum pump maintains a constant sampling flow rate of 1 CFM (28.3 L/min), while an integrated solenoid valve system allows users to conveniently switch between three sampling modes: CLEAR for zero reference through an absolute filter, UPSTREAM for aerosol concentration before the filter, and DOWNSTREAM for leak detection after the filter. The RI7002 is equipped with an intuitive touchscreen display for easy operation and includes configurable audible and visual alarms that notify the user whenever predefined concentration limits are exceeded. A reliable integrated power supply unit completes the system, making the RI7002 a comprehensive solution for professional HEPA and ULPA filter integrity testing.
