4210 | Gas Ionizer
The Simco-Ion In-line Gas Ionizer Model 4210 delivers exceptional performance when supplied with gas from an ultra-clean source, achieving ionization levels ten times better than Class 3 cleanroom standards. Its design incorporates carefully selected materials and precise control of internal geometry to ensure the ultra-clean delivery of ionized gas. The Model 4210 easily connects to gas delivery manifolds and can ionize either Clean Dry Air (CDA) or nitrogen. Equipped with IsoStat® technology, it provides a steady-state DC ion emission. Ultra-clean emitter points and construction in the u/un models, along with carefully controlled current and geometry, guarantee highly precise and reliable ionization for the most demanding cleanroom environments.
