Simco-Ion’s 4612-114 Extreme Temperature Ionization Mini System is engineered for processes that demand performance under extreme temperatures while facing tight space limitations. Measuring just 114 mm in length, the 4612-114 Mini can operate in temperatures ranging from -58°F to 302°F (-50°C to +150°C) while maintaining an excellent balance of better than ±10V. The system can also integrate with a closed-loop feedback controller to ensure that the ionizer’s output is precisely balanced at critical product locations.This Extreme Temperature System provides an ideal solution for maintaining tightly controlled ionization in small test chambers with active robotics and moving parts, even under harsh environmental conditions. Utilizing DC technology and outfitted with either Tungsten or Silicon emitters, it is suitable for ISO 14644-1 Class 6 cleanroom environments. The miniaturized 114 mm design allows installation in confined spaces without sacrificing performance, and an optional air-assisted kit is available to further enhance its capabilities.
