Digital-Controller 5520 and 5580
Simco-Ion’s Digital Controller models 5520 and 5580 are designed to control and monitor the Model 5511 ceiling-mounted emitter, providing precise management of static ionization across a range of applications. Both controllers allow for individual emitter adjustments or system-wide control, offering flexibility for varied process requirements. The smaller 5520 model supports up to 20 emitters, making it ideal for integration into process tools or compact room setups, while the larger 5580 model accommodates up to 80 ionizers, making it suitable for full-room and tool neutralization in larger installations.These controllers can be combined with ceiling emitters and aerobars to create fully customized solutions. They feature an on-board LCD screen for easy monitoring, adjustable query times, and both optical and acoustic alarms for enhanced operational safety. Additional functionality includes FMS output and RS-485 interface integration, and control can be extended with the handheld 5571 controller, the remote 5570, or PC software for centralized management and precise ionization performance.
