The Simco-Ion Model 5832 Blower is engineered to deliver reliable and rapid static charge control for benchtop workstations and confined spaces, ensuring optimal management of electrostatics while minimizing costs and maximizing protection for ESD-sensitive areas. When paired with an external sensor, the 5832 can maintain a highly precise balance of better than ±1V by adjusting ion output to respond to changes in the environment. Optional integration with a remote sensor or the Novx feedback/control system allows the Model 5832 to provide precisely balanced and directed ionized air exactly where it’s needed, all without consuming valuable workspace.The blower features a higher density of emitter points and internal circuitry designed for environments requiring high-quality ESD protection with a proven, durable design. It achieves a balance of ±3V or better (±1V when used with Novx Inside or Novx System versions) and meets ISO 14644-1 Class 3 cleanliness standards. Additional options include sensor inputs, FMS connectivity, alarms, and management controls. The built-in Auto-Clean system ensures the emitter points remain clean for consistent performance with minimal maintenance.
