Air Ionizing Cartridge 6110 / 6110 A
The Simco-Ion 6110/6110A ionization cartridge provides a maintenance-free solution for eliminating static charge and preventing contamination in various environments. It is suitable for use in production, packaging, laboratories, and other cleanroom areas where material handling issues or microprocessor lock-up may occur. As a compact and robust solution, the cartridge can be used for both in-line ionization and targeted blow-off applications. For in-line ionization, the 6110 cartridge is simply connected to a compressed air source and is immediately ready to efficiently ionize any production equipment. Alternatively, it can be used with an air gun to selectively remove contamination via the ionized airflow, which is particularly beneficial for sensitive components and work environments. The IsoStat® technology ensures consistent and reliable ionization. An internal airflow sensor (6110A model) monitors the airflow, guaranteeing consistently high performance. The cartridge is also equipped with protected emitter tips to enhance durability and safety. Its compact design allows easy integration into various production settings. An optional blow-off gun kit is available to expand functionality and facilitate precise ionization application.
