AirForce Air Ionizing Blow-off Gun 6115
The Simco-Ion 6115 Ionizing Gun was developed for the manual removal of particle contamination in particularly sensitive process environments. It is the only ionizing gun on the market with a cleanliness classification according to ISO 14644-1 Class 4, meeting the highest requirements in cleanroom areas. With its powerful blow-off function combined with steady-state DC technology, the system achieves discharge times of less than one second. The integrated IsoStat® technology ensures reliable and uniform ion delivery without external control. The ergonomic design of the gun, made from static-dissipative material, fits comfortably in the hand. The flexible and lightweight air hose with integrated low-voltage cable allows safe and effortless handling without cumbersome high-voltage cables. For easy maintenance, the gun is equipped with a replaceable emitter tip and a quick-change filter. The 6115 Ionizing Gun is particularly suitable for demanding applications in flat-panel display manufacturing, electronics production, life sciences environments, and the semiconductor industry – both in back-end and front-end areas – providing an effective solution for controlling electrostatic charge and minimizing contamination.
