The Standalone Digital AeroBar Model 5225S ionizing bar delivers high performance and can be seamlessly integrated into existing operational processes. All parameters are stored directly in the AeroBar, eliminating the need for an external controller. With the ability to configure a wide range of parameters individually for each AeroBar, the device ensures that ionization is precisely tailored to the specific requirements of each process.The AeroBar 5225S operates in both pulsed DC and steady-state DC modes, providing a consistent and stable ion output. The device is available in various lengths, including three specialized lengths for use in EFEMs (Equipment Front-End Modules), making it a flexible solution for diverse applications requiring precise ionization. Additionally, the AeroBar features continuous ion current monitoring and alarm outputs, allowing immediate response to deviations from setpoints. Its single-crystal silicon emitter tips provide extremely clean performance without the risk of wafer contamination from dopants or metal ions.Thanks to its ability to deliver a uniform and optimal performance at all times, along with fine-tuning of ionization according to individual static requirements, the AeroBar 5225S ensures stable and controlled ion output suitable for a wide range of applications across various environments.
