Aerostat PC2

The lightweight and compact Aerostat® PC2 desktop blower from Simco-Ion features an integrated point cleaner and excels with its precise targeting of the work surface, delivering outstanding ionization and discharge performance. The airflow is sufficient to reliably control static charges up to 1.5 meters above the desk surface. The mobile ionizer is ideal for neutralizing electrostatic charges at workstations and in service areas. It is equipped with a three-speed blower and a switchable heating element. The ionization is based on high-voltage micropulse AC technology, providing fast and effective discharge. The blower offers optimal protection against the destructive effects of ESD by preventing electrostatic buildup and removing contaminants from surfaces. Built-in cleaning brushes for the emitter electrodes ensure minimal maintenance effort, as does the compact footprint. Its compact and quiet design allows unobtrusive use. The device is balanced to 0±10V, features local alarm LEDs, a connection to the Facility Monitoring System (FMS), a built-in emitter point cleaner, and can optionally be equipped with an audible alarm. Additionally, it meets the technical requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1.
