The orION compressed air ionizing nozzle from Simco-Ion, Technology Group combines high blow pressure capability with rapid removal of electrostatic surface charges. The nozzle ensures reliable balance stability better than ±15V. A easily replaceable 0.01-micron particle filter is positioned at the air outlet of the nozzle to ensure that clean air is delivered to sensitive products. This nozzle and cable arrangement is compact, allowing effective use in tight environments. The nozzle provides a powerful gas jet that quickly and effectively neutralizes charges while performing a cleaning function. It is equipped with an integrated filter that ensures contamination-free gas discharge, providing a high level of confidence in clean air supply. The ionization balance can be adjusted both at the nozzle and at the controller, allowing user-friendly customization. This is particularly advantageous for applications in confined spaces where rapid responses are required. Remote control of the ionization and nozzle gas flow offers additional convenience and flexibility, enabling operation from the most comfortable position.
