The Simco-Ion Top Gun ionization air gun is a high-performance ionizing air gun designed for a wide range of applications. It is set to a balanced voltage of 0±15V and provides high blow-off force with low air consumption, ensuring high cleaning efficiency and rapid static charge neutralization. The Top Gun features a lightweight, ergonomic design that allows for comfortable handling. It is equipped with an adjustable airflow valve, enabling precise control of the airflow. The electrically balanced ion output ensures reliable ionization. An integrated, replaceable filter nozzle allows for easy maintenance of the air gun. Additionally, the Top Gun includes an ionization indicator that visually signals the operational status. For automated assembly, the Top Gun is also available with an optical sensor that automatically activates the gun when an object enters the detection area. The Top Gun with Sidekick allows for hands-free operation and flexible positioning during assembly and production processes. A foot pedal controls both ionization and airflow, reducing compressed air costs and extending the ionizer’s service life.
