PMT® BAS-ECO - BioAerosol Sampler Eco
The BAS-Eco Bioaerosol Sampler is a cost-efficient, high-performance air sampling system designed for microbial monitoring in pharmaceutical cleanrooms, biotechnology facilities, and other controlled environments. Built on the proven Andersen impact sampling principle, it ensures reliable collection of airborne microorganisms for accurate environmental quality control. Operating at a fixed flow rate of 100 LPM, the BAS-Eco delivers stable and reproducible sampling performance with high efficiency particle impaction onto standard agar media. Its optimized airflow system ensures consistent microbial capture while maintaining compliance with ISO 14698-1 and EU GMP Annex 1 requirements. Designed for simplicity and operational efficiency, the BAS-Eco features an intuitive 4-inch capacitive touchscreen interface for quick parameter setup and user-friendly operation. It supports multiple sampling modes including manual, automatic, and remote sampling with tubing lengths up to 8 meters, enabling flexible use across different cleanroom layouts. The system offers long battery autonomy of up to 10 hours, allowing uninterrupted sampling during full production shifts. With internal storage capacity of up to 20,000 sample records, it ensures full traceability and secure data management. Data can be easily exported for reporting, analysis, and compliance documentation. Constructed from durable anodized aluminum, the BAS-Eco is resistant to common cleanroom disinfectants and designed for long-term use in demanding environments. Its compact and lightweight design makes it easy to transport and deploy across multiple monitoring points. Ideal for routine environmental monitoring, aseptic manufacturing, and GMP-regulated production areas, the BAS-Eco provides a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solution for microbial air sampling and contamination control. Third party validated to meet the requirements of ISO 14698-1 for microbial contamination control in cleanrooms and BS EN 17141 for Physical and Biological Efficiency.
