The Hyclas Fixed Microbial Air Sampler is a high-precision microbial air monitoring solution designed for continuous environmental control in pharmaceutical cleanrooms, biotechnology facilities, and other critical GMP-regulated environments. Engineered for fixed installation, it ensures reliable and reproducible detection of airborne microorganisms in accordance with ISO 14698 and EN 17141 standards. Designed for integration into isolators, filling lines, and cleanroom monitoring systems, the Hyclas fixed version operates at selectable flow rates of 100 or 180 LPM, delivering highly efficient impaction sampling onto standard agar media. Its validated performance ensures both physical and biological efficiency for robust contamination control and regulatory compliance. Constructed from high-grade 316L stainless steel, the system offers exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and compatibility with stringent cleanroom cleaning procedures. Its screw-less, hygienic design minimizes contamination risks while enabling easy maintenance and cleaning. The sampler features a parallel airflow exhaust design that reduces turbulence during operation, improving sampling accuracy and reproducibility. With compact dimensions and a lightweight structure, it can be seamlessly integrated into restricted or space-sensitive environments. The system supports 24V DC operation and offers multiple communication options, including Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, or Profibus, enabling full integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) or isolator control panels. Remote operation and start/stop functionality further enhance usability and process efficiency. Ideal for aseptic manufacturing, sterile production, and continuous environmental monitoring programs, the Hyclas Fixed Air Sampler strengthens contamination control strategies by providing reliable, traceable, and high-performance microbial air sampling in critical controlled environments. The HyCLAS conforms to both ISO14698 and the new BS EN17141 Cleanroom and Associated Environments standard.
