Airsampler Slit-to-Agar – V100
The EMTEK V100 Microbial Air Sampler is a highly flexible system designed for both mobile and stationary microbiological air monitoring. Capable of monitoring up to four sampling points simultaneously, it provides an efficient solution for cleanroom environmental monitoring while using standard 90 mm Petri dishes. At the heart of the system is the V100 Controller, featuring an intuitive touchscreen interface and an integrated vacuum source. The controller operates a range of interchangeable remote sampling heads, including the Remote Slit-to-Agar Sampler (R2S), the Remote Autoclavable Sampler (RAS), and the Remote Compressed Gas/Combined Space Sampler (RCG), allowing the system to be adapted to a wide variety of monitoring applications. The R2S and RCG configurations support time-resolved sampling using a rotating agar plate. Both the rotation speed, sampling interval, and pause times can be fully programmed, enabling precise and repeatable monitoring according to process requirements. To ensure accurate and consistent performance, the V100 offers mass flow-controlled sampling rates of 28.3, 50, and 100 LPM and has been validated in accordance with ISO 14698-1. PMT also provides comprehensive Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ), as well as service and calibration options, ensuring reliable long-term operation and regulatory compliance.
