PMT® 8303
The PMT 8303 Handheld Particle Counter is a powerful and portable instrument designed for precise measurement of airborne particles ranging from 0.3 to 25.0 μm. Operating at a constant flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM), it delivers reliable and accurate particle counts across a variety of applications, including cleanrooms and industrial environments. The user-friendly device can be easily configured and allows selection of up to three user-defined particle size channels. It also monitors key environmental parameters such as temperature and relative humidity, providing a comprehensive assessment of air quality. Measurement data can be viewed in real time on the display, printed directly, or stored on a USB drive for further analysis. The PMT 8303 supports multiple reporting options, including ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1, and FS 209E, enabling compliance with international standards for cleanroom and controlled environments. Remote operation and monitoring via a web browser further simplify handling and system integration. The instrument includes a mass concentration mode that estimates particle density in μg/m³, allowing detailed evaluation of air quality. All PMT particle counters, including the 8303, comply with international calibration standards ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921, ensuring high measurement accuracy and reliability. An integrated pulse height analyzer guarantees consistent performance and adherence to regulatory requirements, making the PMT 8303 an effective and dependable solution for airborne particle monitoring in demanding environments.
