PMT® 9501 PoE
The 9501 PoE Remote Particle Counter is a reliable and high-precision instrument for monitoring airborne particles in controlled environments. It measures particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 25.0 μm at a constant flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 liters per minute), providing accurate and consistent particle counting. The sensor not only meets international calibration standards ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 but exceeds them, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring the highest levels of air cleanliness. The 9501 PoE features six user-selectable particle size channels, expandable up to 30 channels depending on application requirements. This flexibility allows for continuous real-time monitoring of a wide range of particle types, supporting detailed and differentiated particle analysis across multiple size ranges. An integrated critical nozzle and precise flow sensor ensure stable flow conditions, maintaining consistent measurement accuracy even when connected to an external vacuum source. Integration into existing building automation or facility monitoring systems is straightforward via the MODBUS TCP/IP interface. This enables seamless communication with other system components, centralized monitoring, and efficient data evaluation. The 9501 PoE is therefore ideal for use in cleanrooms, laboratories, and other sensitive environments where precise airborne particle control is essential. With the 0.1 CFM flow rate, this is ideal for industries such as automotive, electronics, and aerospace.
