PMT® 9510 Modbus
The 9510 Modbus Particle Counters provide precise and reliable measurement of airborne particles ranging from 0.5 to 25.0 μm at a constant flow rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM). Equipped with advanced technology, these particle counters deliver accurate and efficient particle counting while exceeding the strict calibration standards ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921. Their high measurement precision makes them well-suited for monitoring air quality parameters in demanding environments where compliance to ISO 14644-2 is a requirement. The 9510 units offer six user-selectable particle size channels, which can be expanded to 30 channels as needed. This flexibility allows for detailed and differentiated analysis of particle distributions across multiple size ranges, which is particularly valuable in specialized applications such as cleanrooms and industrial facilities where comprehensive particle monitoring is critical. Integrated critical nozzles and flow sensors ensure a stable and reliable flow rate with an external vacuum source. These features guarantee that particle measurements are conducted under consistent and optimal conditions, maximizing performance while minimizing maintenance requirements. The counters are easily integrated into existing building automation or facility monitoring systems via isolated RS-485 Modbus communication. This connectivity enables seamless and efficient remote monitoring, control, and data transfer, significantly enhancing system usability and operational flexibility. With robust construction, precise measurement capabilities, and versatile integration options, the 9510 Modbus Particle Counters provide a dependable solution for airborne particle monitoring in critical environments. With the 1.0 CFM flow rate this is ideal for the pharmaceutical industry or any application that requires compliance to EU GMP Annex 1 (Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products) and ISO 14644-2.
