PMT® Airborne Particle Counter A010 – 0.1 µm (10LPM)
The PMT 0.1 µm Portable Airborne Particle Counter A010 is a high-precision instrument designed for continuous air quality monitoring in cleanrooms and controlled environments. It measures ultra-fine particles down to 0.1 µm using six particle size channels, providing real-time particle concentration data for accurate analysis compliant with ISO Class 1 and Class 2. The device features an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen that displays concentration curves and sampling data simultaneously. Its internal memory supports extensive data storage and enables automatic generation of reports in compliance with ISO and Federal Standard (Fed-Std) requirements. The A010 includes multi-level user management and an audit trail to ensure data integrity and traceability compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. An integrated HEPA filter ensures clean exhaust. Multiple communication interfaces, including RJ45, USB, sensor hub, and optional Wi-Fi, allow for efficient data transfer and remote monitoring. The instrument’s robust and portable design allows for reliable operation in demanding monitoring environments such as the semiconductor and electronics industries.
