PMT® APC Robot
The Airborne Particle Counter Robot (APC Robot) enables automated sampling of cleanroom environments using SLAM algorithms and LiDAR for precise target arrival and object detection. The device can navigate predefined areas, automatically open and close doors, operate elevators autonomously, and return to its base station for recharging. Automated sampling minimizes operator interference and reduces the potential for human error. The APC Robot allows remote control of sampling and central data management, ensuring continuous real-time monitoring and data logging in dynamic and demanding manufacturing environments. All detection data are stored in the robot’s monitoring management system, and data can be uploaded via WiFi/LTE to a designated server or cloud according to customer requirements. Model: SA210: The APC Robot offers autonomous navigation and fully automated environmental sampling. Its intelligent charging system works with a wireless charging station. The robot can schedule multiple tasks and operate unattended. Additionally, it provides an interface for connecting to various sampling modules.
