PMT® Dual-Mode High Pressure Diffuser
The DHPD (High-Pressure Diffuser) was specifically designed for demanding industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, cosmetics, medical facilities, and other sectors with strict standards. The diffuser offers two distinct operating modes for gas sampling. Mode 1 (Sampling before decompression): The DHPD operates at a flow rate of 10–100 LPM (under pressure) with an accuracy of ±4%. The sample volume can be set from 20 to 9,999 liters, depending on the specific requirements of the application. The high-pressure sampling head has a diameter of 140 mm and a height of 230 mm. The sampling head weighs 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) and can be used with Petri dishes of 90–100 mm diameter. Mode 2 (Sampling after decompression): In this mode, the diffuser operates at a flow rate of ≥2 LPM at atmospheric pressure, providing precise and flexible use for a wide range of applications. The DHPD is compatible with various gases, including air, N₂, CO₂, O₂, Ar, and other inert gases. It is intended for use only in non-flammable and non-explosive environments.
