PMT® Electric High Pressure Diffuser-Economic
The Electric High-Pressure Diffuser – (EHPD-ECO) is a powerful device designed for the decompression of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, and other high-pressure inert gases. It was specifically developed for use in non-flammable and non-explosive environments. The diffuser provides precise and reliable decompression, making it an ideal solution for applications that require exact pressure adjustment. The EHPD-ECO is suitable for various gases, including air, N₂, CO₂, O₂, Ar, and other inert gases. It offers a minimum flow rate of ≥2 LPM and can operate with a relative inlet pressure of 1 to 7 bar, with a maximum relative pressure exceeding 10 bar. The diffuser features flexible connection options: the inlet tube has an inner diameter of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 8 mm, while the outlet tube is available in multiple sizes ranging from 6 mm to 20 mm (6, 8, 12, 14, 16, 20 mm). With compact dimensions of 100 mm in height, 70 mm in width, and 90 mm in depth (including base pad) and a weight of only 0.82 kg (1.8 lbs), the diffuser is easy to handle and integrate. The outer casing is made of anodized aluminum, ensuring high durability and corrosion resistance. The device is powered by AC (100–240 V, 50/60 Hz) and includes a rechargeable lithium battery (3 × 3.7 V, 3100 mAh) that provides over 6 hours of runtime. Maximum power consumption is only 3.3 W. Operating conditions are an ambient temperature of 5°C to 30°C and relative humidity up to 80%, with an air pressure range of 86–106 kPa. Recommended storage conditions are 0°C to 40°C and relative humidity up to 80%. The EHPD-ECO comes with a 2-year warranty, reflecting its high quality and reliability.
