High-pressure diffuser for compressed gas sampling

PMT® High Pressure Diffuser

The high-pressure gas diffuser enables real-time decompression of gases to atmospheric pressure and delivers them to the downstream sampling device. It is compatible with various gases, including air, N₂, CO₂, O₂, Ar, and other inert gases. The diffuser ensures reliable and precise decompression, meeting the demands of industrial applications.Offering flow rates of 100 LPM, 50 LPM, or 28.3 LPM, the high-pressure diffuser provides excellent flexibility for different applications. The input pressure range spans 1.5 to 8 bar, covering a wide variety of operating conditions. The inlet hose has an outer diameter of 8 mm, while the outlet hose comes with an inner diameter of either 10 mm or 14 mm. The device measures 138 mm in height, 59 mm in width, and 394 mm in length (5.43 × 2.32 × 15.51 in) and is equipped with a HEPA filter. Weighing just 0.89 kg (1.97 lbs), it features a robust 316L stainless steel housing and a durable nitrile rubber O-ring for long-lasting performance. Operating conditions are 5 to 35°C (41 to 95°F) with 5–90% relative humidity. For storage, a temperature range of 0 to 40°C (32 to 104°F) and relative humidity of 5–95% is recommended. Backed by a 24-month warranty, the high-pressure diffuser guarantees reliability and longevity. It is particularly suited for demanding applications requiring precise decompression and continuous gas supply.
