KL-30A
The KL-30 series is specifically designed for particle measurement in ultrapure water, detecting particles from 0.05 µm and providing a compact, fully integrated solution for demanding process monitoring applications. Each unit combines the sensor, controller, flow meter, and data storage within a single enclosure, minimizing installation requirements and simplifying system integration. An integrated leak sensor continuously monitors the device and triggers an automatic alarm in the event of an internal leak. The KL-30 series is engineered for high-pressure applications up to 500 kPa (overpressure), allowing flexible deployment across diverse process environments. Standard features include a D/A converter (4–20 mA) and alarm output contacts for easy connection to supervisory systems. A built-in printer enables direct output of measurement results, while a CompactFlash card (sold separately) provides additional options for data storage and backup. The KL-30 series delivers a robust, reliable, and user-friendly solution for online particle monitoring in ultrapure water, making it ideal for applications where reliability, data integrity, and seamless system integration are critical.
