KS-19F – Particle measurement in ultra-pure chemistry
The KS-19F light-scattering particle counter is an advanced instrument designed for the counting and sizing of particles down to 30 nm (0.03 µm). This high-performance liquid particle counter is suitable for monitoring particles in both ultrapure chemicals and ultrapure water. Its exceptional performance is supported by sophisticated calibration concepts, ensuring highly accurate measurements across the full measurement range, including the smallest channel capable of detecting particles from 30 nm. The KS-19F features up to 10 particle size channels ranging from 30 to 130 nm, allowing detailed analysis of a broad spectrum of particle sizes. The instrument is equipped with an integrated leak sensor that triggers an alarm if a leak is detected, an important feature for ensuring operator safety during chemical measurements. Designed for the most demanding applications, the KS-19F supports both continuous online operation and batch processing.
